About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2015 No. 730 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of technical regulation and metrology"

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2015 No. 730 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of technical regulation and metrology" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11764, it is published on September 12, 2015 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper for No. 174 (28050) the following changes and amendments:

to state Item 1 of the specified order in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed standards of the state services:

1) "Issue of the certificate on approval like measuring instruments", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) "Issue of the certificate on metrological certification of measuring instruments", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) "Licensing for implementation of activities for production of National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) "Accounting of the international, regional standards and standards of foreign states, standards of the organizations, qualifiers of technical and economic information, rules, regulations and recommendations of the foreign states about standardization, confirmation of conformity and accreditation applied in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) "Approval of regulating documents on implementation of activities of metrological services of state bodies, physical persons and legal entities", according to appendix 5 to this order;

8) "The admission to application of standard model of foreign release", according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) "Approval of the state standard sample", according to appendix 9 to this order.";

Reception of an application and issue of result of the state service is performed through:

1) Non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation);

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the Portal).

4. Term of rendering the state service:

from the moment of delivery of document package - 10 (ten) working days;

the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

the most allowed time of servicing in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

In case of the appeal to the State corporation day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.

"8. Working schedule:

1) the State corporation - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the established working schedule from 9:00 to 20:00 o'clock, without interruption for lunch, except Sunday and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

the letter of uslugopoluchatel on admissibility of publication of the description of type in open seal;

the identity document (for identification of the personality).

On the Portal acceptance of electronic request is performed in "personal account" of uslugopoluchatel. Documents are presented in the form of electronic copies of the documents certified by the EDS of uslugopoluchatel.

The service provider refuses rendering the state service in case of establishment of unauthenticity of the documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel for the receipt of the state service and (or) these (data) containing in them.

11. Claims to decisions, action (failure to act) of the Ministry, the service provider and (or) their officials concerning rendering the state services move in writing:

1) addressed to the head of the Ministry or replacement his face to the address specified in Item 13 of this Standard of the state service;

2) addressed to the head of the service provider to the addresses specified in Item 13 of this Standard of the state service.

In the claim of uslugopoluchatel its surname, name, middle name (in the presence), the postal address, contact telephone number are entered.

The appeal is signed by uslugopoluchatel.

Confirmation of adoption of the claim is its registration (stamp, the entering number and date) in office of the Ministry, the service provider with indication of surname and initials of person which accepted the claim, term and the place of receipt of the answer to the made complaint.

The claim to actions (failure to act) of the employee of the State corporation is sent to the head of the State corporation to the addresses and phones specified on Internet resource of the State corporation: www.gov4с.kz.
