1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks of efficiency of use of fuel and energy resources at the companies, in organizations and the organizations, and elimination of the facts of their inefficient use which is applied.

2. State inspectorate for energy saving (to Gamanyuk L. Yu.) in a month to develop and submit technique of determination of inefficient use of fuel and energy resources for approval of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving.

3. To the deputy head of department of legal and normative support of energy saving Yakovenko V. I. in 5-day time to provide provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the order "About Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Checks of Efficiency of Use of Fuel and Energy Resources at the Companies, in Organizations and the Organizations and Elimination of the Facts of Their Inefficient Use".

4. Abolish the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of December 31, 1999 No. 119 "About commissioning of Provisional regulations for implementation by the State inspectorate for energy saving of the state control (the state supervision) concerning energy saving and energy efficiency at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership".
