About introduction of amendments to the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012

Single part. - In the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 222-227, 721), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. To add article 2 after the concept "marking" with the following concepts:

"paintball marker - the pneumatic device issuing paintball spheres (shells) due to expansion under pressure of the compressed air or gas which is in cylinder receiver, and intended for the sports and entertaining actions other than sports firing;

paintball sphere - shell of caliber 0.68 or 0.50 disposable (the biodegradable gelatin capsule filled with water-soluble paint), held for use in paintball marker;".

2. Part (2) articles 25 after words "The Gas or Pneumatic Short-barreled and Long-barreled Weapon Intended for Entertainments and Sports Firing", to add with the words "paintball markers".

3. To add category D of appendix 1 with Item k) the following content:

"k) Paintball markers and paintball spheres, goods item of TH PM 9506 99 900.".
