About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Article 53 of the Security act of traffic No. 131/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 231/1 of the word "person living in the settlement other than settlements of left bank of Dniester or Bender's municipium" shall be replaced with words "person living in the settlement other than settlements of left bank of Dniester, Bender's municipium or settlements of Gysk, Kitskan, Zakhorn, Merenesht and Kremenchuk of the area Keushen".
2. In Item d) parts (1) Article 438 of the word "it lives in the settlement other than settlements of left bank of Dniester or Bender's municipium", shall be replaced with words "it lives in the settlement other than settlements of left bank of Dniester, Bender's municipium or settlements of Gysk, Kitskan, Zakhorn, Merenesht and Kremenchuk of the area Keushen,".
Art. III. - In the article I of the Law on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts No. 170/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 490) to make the following changes:
