The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the activities connected with cultivation and (or) content, cultivation of water organisms in superficial water objects or their parts which are located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol or adjoin to the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and which use for the purposes of the specified activities is confirmed by documents based on which the related activity about day of entry into force of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" was performed, uses of the fish-breeding site concerning the specified superficial water objects or their parts without tendering (tenders, auctions) on the term rest according to the procedure, established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body have the right to sign till January 1, 2021 the agreement.".
