Bring in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of February 25, 2006 No. 40 "About approval of Rules of involuntary liquidation of banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4181, it is published in June, 2006 in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 9-10, by the Art. 219) the following changes:
