1. Approve the Temporary procedure for confirmation of conformity of products of foreign origin which are delivered within projects of the international technical assistance which is provided on free and irretrievable basis for removal from operation of power units of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system (is applied).
2. To the central executive bodies to which functions of technical regulation and the state supervision in the field of confirmation of conformity are assigned to provide fulfillment of requirements of the Temporary procedure approved by this resolution throughout the period of projects implementation of the international technical assistance which is provided on free and irretrievable basis for removal from operation of power units of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system.
