About modification of article 80 of the Law of Ukraine "About education" concerning ensuring educational process with proper conditions for work and education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fourth article 80 of the Law of Ukraine "About education" (2017, 380) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 38-39, in the following edition:

"4. Objects and property of the state and utility institutions of education are not subject to privatization or use not on educational appointment, except provision in lease for the purpose of provision of services which cannot be provided directly with organizations of education, connected with ensuring educational process or servicing of participants of educational process, taking into account determination of possibility of use by governing body of the state-owned real estate according to the legislation".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
