About change and amendment of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2001 No. 660 "About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus":

the fifth subitem 6.4 of Item 6 to exclude the paragraph;

add Item 7 with subitems 7.3-1 and 7.3-2 of the following content:

"7.3-1. obtain on a grant basis information on the questions entering competence of Department from information systems (resources) of state bodies and the organizations, including by remote access, with observance of requirements of the legislation on ensuring information security;

7.3-2. receive within functioning of the state automated information system "Seized property", and also for conducting administrative process within competence:

without written consent physical persons of the data from information systems (resources) containing personal data and to have access, including remote, to such systems (resources) by the written request or based on the agreement on provision of personal data signed with the owner (owner) of information system (resource);

by the written request or based on data exchange agreements from state bodies and other organizations of the data, being tax, trade secret;";

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63 "About enhancement of work with the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state":

in paragraphs second and third subitem 3.1 of Item 3, in subitem 5.2 of Item 5 and Item 8 of the word "January 1, 2018." shall be replaced with words "on November 7, 2019";

in Regulations on the accounting treatment, storages, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state approved by this Decree:
