For the purpose of effective realization of state policy in the field of tourism and rational use of objects of the sanatorium organizations which are in state-owned property according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create the State company "Kyrgyz Tourism" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.04.2021 No. 128

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.03.2021 No. 79

4. To the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to perform registration of the State company "Kyrgyz Tourism" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities.

5. To the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
