About modification and amendments in the economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180; 2015, No. 11, Art. 954; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 277; 2018, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 7-8, Art. 523), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 15:

- 1 after the word to "form" to add part with the word of "order";

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The court resolution which is taken out by Trial Court according to the statement for collection of sums of money or reclamation of personal estate from the debtor according to requirements, stipulated in Article 123(2) of this Code hereinafter is referred to as as the order.";

2. To add part 1 of Article 95 with the third and fourth offers of the following content:
