About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 and of July 31, 2006 No. 986

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2018 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the electronic document and the digital signature" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 143-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605:

add Item 5 with subitem 5.12-1 of the following content:

"5.12-1. implementation of state regulation of activities for the organization of work with electronic documents;";

to add subitem 6.30 of Item 6 with paragraphs of the following content:

"establishes operating procedure with electronic documents in state bodies, other organizations;

establishes operating procedure with documents in electronic form, including with electronic documents, in archives of state bodies, other organizations;";

part the second Item 9 after the word of "deputies" to add with the words "including one first";

1.2. to add Item 7 of the Regulations on Department on archives and clerical work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 986, with subitem 7.20-1 of the following content:

"7.20-1. develops requirements to the organization of work with electronic documents and their archive storage in state bodies, other organizations;".

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 18, 2019.
