Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6), following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 124 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-the requirement about transfer to the creditor of the personal estate provided to it as ensuring obligation fulfillment is declared;".

2. To state part 3 of Article 126 in the following edition:

"3. In case of reclamation of personal estate, the description of distinctive signs of claimed property sufficient for its identification, and its cost shall be specified in the statement.".

3. In paragraph six of part 1 of Article 130 of the word "with indication of its cost" shall be replaced with words "sufficient for its identification".

4. State Article 131 in the following edition:

"Article 131. Notice of the debtor on pronouncement of the order

1. The judge sends the order in time, no later than one day after its acceptance to the debtor. The debtor within ten days, from the date of receipt of the order has the right to submit to court of objection concerning it in writing.
