ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About approval of the State program of enhancement of tax administration in the Azerbaijan Republic (2005-2007)

Considering important role of taxes in social and economic development of the country and improvement of living conditions of the population, for the purpose of ensuring their timely and complete payment, expansion of tax base, and further enhancement of the relations between tax authorities and taxpayers I decide reductions of work on servicing of taxpayers in compliance with international standards:

1. Approve the State program of enhancement of tax administration in the Azerbaijan Republic (2005-2007) it (is applied).

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

in two-month time to establish and approve financing by years of measures which implementation is provided by the State program;

resolve other issues following from this Order.

3. To the ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of the State program.

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication.
