About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the electronic document and the digital signature"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 14, 2004 of ZR-40-N "About the electronic document and the digital signature" the words "the electronic document-the data or the message provided electronically" shall be replaced with words "The electronic document - the data registered by electronic method on the material carrier, ratified by the digital signature. The electronic document is created, processed and stored with use of technical means of information systems and information technologies;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
