About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the citizens who did not pass obligatory military service with violation of established procedure"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2003 ZR-8-N "About the citizens who did not pass obligatory military service with violation of established procedure" (further - the Law):

The words "May 1, 2015" shall be replaced with words 1) "on December 1, 2017";

The words "on citizens (persons) of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words 2) "on citizens concerning whom criminal prosecution is initiated in the procedure established by the law based on evasion from obligatory military service".

Article 2. To state article 2 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 2. The amount estimated concerning the citizen who did not pass obligatory military service

The citizen who did not pass obligatory military service for the purpose of the termination of the criminal prosecution and registration initiated in the relation it in inventory in the procedure established by the law can pay for each appeal passed by it with violation of the law, the amount in 200-fold size of the minimum monthly salary (further - the payment established by the law).".

Article 3. In article 3 of the Law:
