About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. In article 12.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 30, 1997 ZR-155 "About the income tax" (further - the Law):

Part 1 after the words "according to the procedure, established by parts 2, 3 or 4 these Articles" to add 1) with words ", except for the case provided by part 6 of this Article";

Part 2 to add 2) with the fifth paragraph of the following content:

Part 4 to add 3) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"According to the fifth paragraph of part 2 of this Article, the annual depreciation interest rate for subgroup of the not current assets allocated from group of the fixed assets created during the previous accounting period cannot exceed the annual depreciation interest rate chosen earlier according to the procedure, established by this Article for group of the fixed assets including the allocated not current assets.";
