For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the questions of legal regulation connected with it" and the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by this Law" of August 30, 2000 the No. 393 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Accounting of all legal entities irrespective of pattern of ownership, their branches and representations, and also physical persons (individual entrepreneurs) who are taxpayers is conducted with assignment by it by the state tax authorities of the Azerbaijan Republic of identification taxpayer number.

4. Charge to the Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic to record since January 1, 2001 taxpayers according to the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Charge to the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State committee of statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic to use in the work as identification taxpayer numbers appropriated to legal entities and physical persons according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic.

6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enhancement of the taxpayer registration" of December 19, 1996 No. 182.
