About modification and amendments in Rules of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and addition to the Rules of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 15, 2015 No. 266 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 9, the Art. 82) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 30, 2019 No. 66

The changes and amendment brought in Rules of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier

1. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The insurance policy on obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier (further - the insurance policy) is drawn up on the corresponding form and in the copies equal to the number of the vehicles included in the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier".

2. State Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier is public and consists between carrier and the insurer for a period of one year except as specified, provided in paragraph two of this Item in form according to appendix No. 2 to these rules.
