Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on regulated rate, on non-regulated rate, storage of natural gas, distribution of natural and oil gas and oil transportation, oil products, natural and oil gas by bulk distribution lines which is applied.
2. (Barbelyuk O. B.) to provide to department of registration and licensing provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman K. Vashchenko.
