About modification of the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy"

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2016 No. 1532 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 2, Art. 361; No. 21, Art. 3014; 2018, No. 6, Art. 885; No. 9, Art. 1396; No. 15, Art. 2142).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy"

1. In subsection 1 of the Section III:

a) in the name of the word", the Baikal region," to replace with the word "and";

b) word in paragraph one", the Baikal region" to exclude;

c) in paragraphs six and the eighth "The Baikal region or" to exclude words;

d) in paragraphs nine and the thirteenth words", the Baikal region" to exclude;

2. In appendix No. 8:

a) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The obligation of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal agency for nationalities of technical and financial documentation, and also concept of the events of forum developed for the purpose of implementation of actions, stipulated in Item 1 these rules is provided in the agreement.";

b) declare Item 7 invalid;

c) state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The efficiency evaluation of expenses of the budget of Stavropol Krai which source of financial provision is the subsidy is performed by Federal agency for nationalities based on achievement of values of the following indicators of effectiveness of use of subsidy:

a) number of actions for youth;

b) number of participants of forum;

c) the number of young people aged from 14 up to 30 years participating in projects and programs in the field of realization of the state national policy of the Russian Federation;

d) the number of the projects submitted participants of forum on tender of youth projects of forum.";

d) in Item 14 of the word "Item 16" shall be replaced with words "Items 16 - 18";

e) Item 15 (to declare 1) invalid;

e) in Item 17 of the word "Items 16 and 22 (" shall be replaced with words 1) "Item 16".
