About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the electronic document and the digital signature"

Article 1. ZR-40-N "About the electronic document and the digital signature" (further - the Law) after words "action (reality) to add the Item "and" of part 2 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 14, 2004 with the words "in the cases provided by this Law and the agreement signed with the signing person".

Article 2. To add article 13 of the Law with new part of the following content:

"Personal certificates of the digital signature issued by the center of certification are entered in the ID card.

The description of necessary steps for activation of the digital signature is posted on the website of the center of certification. Except release of the certificates of the digital signature entered in the ID card, the center of certification can issue the certificates of the digital signature brought on material carriers of other type. The procedure for release and issue of such certificates is established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. To add article 14 of the Law with new part of the following content:

"The digital signature certificate entered in the ID card is issued on effective period of the ID card.".

Article 4. In article 16 of the Law:

Item 1 of part 1 to add 1) with new subitems of the following content:

 "-terminate the certificate:

and. if the card is acknowledged invalid in the procedure established by the law;

 . if with the court resolution of court which took legal effect it is confirmed that the certificate is counterfeited, or use of the certificate does harm to the signing person or the third party;
