1. Agree with offers of the Cabinet of Ministers, National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency), the Ministries of Economy and Industry, the Ministries of Finance, the Ministries of construction and the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification about transfer:

a) To the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan SUE The Center of Complex Examination of Projects and Import Contracts under the National Agency of Project Management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having renamed it into SUE The Center of Complex Examination of Projects and Import Contracts under the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

c) To the ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan of powers of the Agency and SUE The Center for Accreditation under the National Agency of Project Management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on:

to licensing of activities for development of architectural and town-planning documentation;

accreditations of persons performing examination of construction projects;
