General provisions
1. These Minimum requirements determine set of organizational and technical requirements to measures of protection of information and the cyberprotection which are subject to implementation by public authorities, other state bodies, local government bodies, state companies, organizations and organizations which are owners or managers of information, electronic communication, information and communication and technological systems (further - system) in which the state information resources or information with limited access, the requirement for which protection is established by the law, are processed.
Requirements to the information security which is the state secret are determined by these Minimum requirements and the legislation in the field of protection of the state secret.
2. Action of these Minimum requirements does not extend to information security in the technical means and their components necessary for implementation by authorized bodies of operational search, prospecting actions and secret investigative (search) actions, and on information security, requirements for which protection are established by the law in the field of provision of payment, banking and other financial services.
