About approval of the Procedure of the official translation of multi-lateral international treaties of Ukraine into Ukrainian
According to part two of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of the official translation of multi-lateral international treaties of Ukraine into Ukrainian which is applied.
2. To the main managers of means of the government budget responsible for the conclusion of multi-lateral international treaties of Ukraine to provide in time of preparation of budget requests of funds for implementation of transfer of multi-lateral international treaties of Ukraine into Ukrainian.
3. To provide to the ministries and other central executive bodies reduction in the three-months time of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

1. The concept "official translation" means authentic statement in Ukrainian of the text of the multi-lateral international treaty of Ukraine constituted in language, another than Ukrainian.
2. According to the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" the official translation of multi-lateral international treaties of Ukraine into Ukrainian (further - transfer) makes the MFA.
3. The consolidated version of the text of the agreement taking into account all changes which became effective, and also texts of agreements on modification of it is subject to transfer.
The ministry or other central executive body responsible for the conclusion of the agreement makes preliminary transfer of the text of the agreement which arrived from the MFA.
