1.4. control for:
observance of rules of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus (further - foreigners), and also rules of transit (transit) of foreigners through the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
the mode at check points;
availability at transport drivers of agreements of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles;
observance of rules of departure from the Republic of Belarus of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who did not reach eighteen years if they did not acquire capacity to act in full as a result of marriage or the announcement sui juris;
1.5. decision making about refusal to the foreigner in entry into the Republic of Belarus and cancellation of the visa to entry into the Republic of Belarus;
1.6. execution of decisions:
about temporary restriction of the right of citizens of the Republic of Belarus to departure from the Republic of Belarus, about permission of departure from the Republic of Belarus to certain term and about suspension of temporary restriction of the right of citizens of the Republic of Belarus to departure from the Republic of Belarus;
about temporary restriction of the right of foreigners to departure from the Republic of Belarus;
