About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of purchases of products, works and services of defense appointment in import

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144):

add Article 377 with part four of such content:

"4. Activities of the state customers of the state defense order in the cases determined by the law of Ukraine belong to foreign economic activity";

to add part one of Article 378 with the paragraph the fourth such content:

"the state customers of the state defense order".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 29, Art. 377; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 3, Art. 78):

the twelfth Article 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Foreign economic activity - the activities of business entities of Ukraine and foreign business entities, and also the activities of the state customers of the defense order in the cases determined by the laws of Ukraine constructed on relations between them, taking place both in the territory of Ukraine and beyond its limits";

to add article 3 part one after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of such content:

"the state customers of the state defense order".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the eighth.

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 23, Art. 148; 2011, No. 6, Art. 46):
