About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Under Article 16:

1.1. state Article 16.1.8 in the following edition:

"16.1.8. if person to whom for abuse of regulations of stay and residence of foreigners and stateless persons in the Azerbaijan Republic administrative punishment in the form of administrative penalty without expulsion out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic administratively is applied did not pay penalty (including accrued penalty);";
