About approval of the List of documents which are filed to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of the property relating to state-owned property

(as amended on 03-04-2013)

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property"

I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of documents which are filed to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of property which belongs to state-owned property it (is applied).

2. (V. Pilkevich) to submit to department concerning management of state-owned property this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 17.04.2001 N649 "About Approval of the List of Documents Which Are Filed to the Lessor" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.06.2001 for N 504/5695.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund S. Ledomskaya.
