Article 1

Concerning the historical and cultural memorial estates and museum complexes included in the List of objects of historical and cultural heritage of federal (all-Russian) importance approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 20, 1995 No. 176 "About approval of the List of objects of historical and cultural heritage of federal (all-Russian) importance" (further - historical and cultural memorial estates and museum complexes), the objects of cultural heritage located in borders of the territories of historical and cultural memorial estates and museum complexes - ensembles and noteworthy places are subject to the state protection.
