About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public debt"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 26, 2008 ZR-78-N "About public debt":
Part 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"6. As of December 31 every year limiting threshold of ratio of debt of the Government and gross domestic product of the Republic of Armenia constitutes 60 percent.";
Part 7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"7. If the debt of the Government as of December 31 of previous year exceeded 40 percent of gross domestic product of the Republic of Armenia for previous year, then the provisions established by parts 8.2 and 8.4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" are effective.";
3) part 8 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
