Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with Article 47.3 of the following content:
"Article 47.3. Money recovery of fund of compensation created by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia"
1. At the expense of compensation created by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia" collection cannot extend, be applied arrest or any other restriction on any requirement, except for the requirements following from damage caused to life or health and also the salary and means equated to it, requirements of claimants for the credit agreements, loan agreements, securities issued by fund and also beneficiaries.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia".
