About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. "About forced execution of court resolutions" to state part 7 of article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 to ZR-221 in the following edition:
"7. Expenses on making of executive actions are contributed to the fund of financial incentive and development of system of service of forced execution of court resolutions formed in which means used for compensation of executive expenses, the harm done as a result of administration of the forced contractor, development of system and financial incentive of employees, and also on recovery, directed to compensation of damage caused by administration of the forced contractor in the case specified in the third paragraph of this part.
The procedure for use of fund of financial incentive and development of system of service of forced execution of court resolutions, and also other directions of expenditure establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
In case of insufficiency of fund indemnification, the forced contractor caused as a result of administration, is performed at the expense of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia. The funds allocated for this purpose from reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia are recovered by fund of financial incentive and development of system of service of forced execution.".
Article 2. From the moment of the introduction of this Law in force all acts of indemnification caused owing to administration of the forced contractor, which became effective after June 1, 2014 are subject to execution by fund of financial incentive and development of system of service of forced execution of court resolutions.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
