About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with the second offer of the following content: "The forced contractor makes the decision in three-day time from the date of when it became known of the circumstances which formed the basis for this purpose if the law does not provide shorter term.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 34 of the Law:

1) in the first offer of the word "and third" shall be replaced with words ", the third and fourth";

The word "two-month" shall be replaced with words 2) in the second offer "established by this Article";

To add 3) with the fourth paragraph of the following content:

"In the presence at the debtor of the distrained property necessary for satisfaction of requirements, executive action is performed in fifteen-day time.".

Article 3. In article 37 of the Law:

Item 9 after the words "subject to execution" to add 1) with the words "public and legal";

To add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) physical person claimant or the debtor died, and the requirements or obligations established by court resolution can be transferred it to the legal successor.".

Article 4. To add article 40 of the Law with part 7 of the following content:

"7. In enforcement proceedings on which debtor is the state body or local government body search of property of the debtor is not performed.".

Article 5. In article 41 of the Law:

Item 6 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) there is any basis provided by parts 4, of 9, of the 10 or 12 article 44.3 of this Law;";
