According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30.11.2005 of N1119 "Some Questions of Import (Peresylaniye) of Goods in Special (Free) Economic Zones and Commodity Exportation for Their Borders" and for the purpose of observance of requirements to hardware and arrangement of the territory of special (free) economic zone and to control of movement of goods through borders of this zone we ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements to hardware and arrangement of the territory of special (free) economic zone and to control of movement of goods through borders of this zone which are applied.
2. To chiefs of regional customs and customs:
2.1. Bring the specified Requirements to local government bodies and local public administrations, special bodies (free) economic zones.
2.2. To timely inform State Customs Service of Ukraine on date of final inspection of the territory of special (free) economic zone.
3. To department of the organization of customs control (Syomk S. M.) and Legal department (Melnik M. V). The State Customs Service of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
