"22. Powers of the Chairman of Committee:

1) determines obligations and powers of the deputies, heads of structural divisions of Committee, heads of departments of state revenues by areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, heads of specialized public institutions;

2) according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan appoints to positions and dismisses:

employees of Committee;

deputy managers of departments of state revenues on areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent;

heads of specialized public institutions;

3) takes measures of disciplinary responsibility in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) approves regulations on structural divisions of Committee, its territorial authorities and specialized public institutions;

5) is approved by the staff list within limit of the number of staff of Committee;

6) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan resolves issues of sending, provision of leaves, rendering financial support, preparation (retraining), advanced training, encouragement, payment of allowances and awarding of vice-chairmen, employees of Committee, heads of departments of state revenues on areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, heads of specialized public institutions;

7) within competence signs legal acts of Committee;

8) supervises legal division of Committee;

9) bears the personal responsibility on anti-corruption;

10) is represented by Committee in all state bodies and other organizations;

11) performs other powers, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Execution of powers of the Chairman of Committee in the period of its absence is performed by person replacing it according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in Section 1. The list of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
