Article 2. To declare Item 13 of part 1 of article 42 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. Final and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
2. Public and legal monetary claims based on the administrative acts adopted before entry into force of this Law are subject to forced execution according to the procedure operating before entry into force of this Law.
