Article 1. "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to state part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 to ZR-221 in the following edition:
"1. In the Republic of Armenia forced execution of court resolutions is provided with Service on ensuring forced execution (further - service of forced execution).".
Article 2. In the third paragraph of Article 30, in the second paragraph of part 40, in part 7 of Article 43, regarding 2 Articles 46, regarding the 2nd article 47 of the Law of the word of "justice of the Republic of Armenia" to replace 3 Articles with the word "corresponding".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
