About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. "About licensing" (further - the Law) to state article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 30, 2001 to ZR-193 in the following edition:

"Article 20. Maintaining register of licenses

1. The body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia (further - authorized body) keeps the unified electronic register of licenses (further - the electronic register) which consists of electronic registers which conduct licensing authorities.

2. In electronic registers are specified:

1) the name and the location of the licensed legal entity, and for physical person and the individual entrepreneur - surname, name, the residence and the address of accounting;

2) series and license number;

3) dates of issue and registration license number;

4) type of activity for which implementation the license is granted;

5) the place (address) of implementation of activities (it is specified if the activities which are subject to licensing according to this Law be performed only in the place specified in the license);

6) effective period;

7) prolongation of effective periods;

8) data on renewal of the license in the electronic register, cancellation;

9) other data provided by the law or procedures for licensing.

3. The order of registration of decisions on issue of licenses in the electronic register, automatic provision, the publication of series and license number, provision of data on the license, checks of reality and the list of the state bodies which are free of charge using the electronic register establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 22 of the Law:
