About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 81 "About approval of the standard agreement on tourist servicing"

1. In the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 81 "About approval of the standard agreement on tourist servicing" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10604, published on April 14, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

in the Standard agreement on tourist servicing approved by the specified order:

exclude Item 2;

add Item 16 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) choice of insurance company for the conclusion of the agreement of compulsory insurance of the tourist and receipt of the insurance certificate;";

add Item 19 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) to request the name of insurance company with which the tourist who is going abroad expresses intention to sign the agreement of compulsory insurance of the tourist;";

state Item 22 in the following edition:
