1. Bring in Item 3 of the Section VIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of housing laws of inhabitants of hostels" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 46, Art. 323; 2017, No. 24, Art. 277) following changes:
In paragraph one of the word and figures "during the term of implementation of the Nation-wide target program of transfer of hostels to property of territorial communities for 2017-2021" shall be replaced with words 1) "from the date of publication of this Law before completion of the Nation-wide target program of transfer of hostels to property of territorial communities";
The second words and figures "till January 1, 2022" to exclude 2) in the paragraph.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
