About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About charity"

Article 1. In article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 8, 2002 ZR-424 "About charity" (further - the Law):

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The authorized body performs the following functions:

Qualifies 1) and registers the programs directed to implementation charities, established by this Law as charitable are more whole;

2) change (cancellation) of charitable qualification of the program and if such qualification follows from other legal acts, then submission of the offer on change of this qualification to the body which adopted this legal act;

3) determination of circle of the goods and services which are directly connected with the programs qualified as charitable, and having for them notable value;

4) maintaining the administrative register of the programs qualified as charitable, including registration of charitable programs, accounting of the charitable help and the works made by volunteers;

5) receipt of information on process and completion of the programs qualified as charitable;

6) in case of non-use of cash and natural donations and donations at the scheduled time prolongation of terms of their use for up to six months;

7) studying of experience of implementation of charitable programs, taking measures to increase in their efficiency, including submission of petitions for conducting check to the relevant state bodies;

8) discussion of summary information on completion of the programs qualified as charitable, and confirmation of implementation of the program;

9) the organization of works on accounting and distribution of the goods received by the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure of charity according to the decision of the Government on the order these goods;

10) ensuring publicity in the field of charity;

11) implementation of other functions established by this Law.";
