About Department of organic agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of organic agricultural industry, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize Kyrgyzagrobiotsentr the Ministries of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic into Department of organic agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic, by transformation.
2. Determine that the Department of organic agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic is Kyrgyzagrobiotsentr's legal successor of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Approve:
- Regulations on Department of organic agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Department of organic agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 140 the following changes:
- the twelfth item 4 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- appendix 13, approved by the above-stated resolution to declare invalid.
