About providing disabled people with cars of national production

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. The disabled person to whom the car with manual or regular control is allocated at will can receive the car of other brand, than definitely for this purpose the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on condition of its compliance of modification, determined according to the conclusion of medico-social commission of experts, and payment of difference in the cost of the chosen car and make of the car determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. At the same time the car for providing the disabled person shall be manufactured by the company - the contractor of the state order and order of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases (further - Fund) on delivery of cars.

The address of the disabled person concerning such form of providing with the car is satisfied with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in procedure for priority within the means provided in the government budget for this purpose, and the disabled person as a result of labor mutilation - Fund according to the procedure of priority within the means provided in the budget of Fund.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 1994 of N575 "About Providing Disabled People with the Hand-operated Tavriya Cars" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, N 11, the Art. 288).
