About modification of Rules of use in the territory of the Russian Federation the satellite communication networks which are under jurisdiction of foreign states

1. Bring in the Rules of use in the territory of the Russian Federation the satellite communication networks which are under jurisdiction of foreign states approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2014 No. 1194 "About international legal protection of assignment (appointment) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels and procedure for use in the territory of the Russian Federation of the satellite communication networks which are under jurisdiction of foreign states and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 47, Art. 6554; 2017, No. 34, Art. 5293; 2018, No. 40, Art. 6142), following changes:

a) in paragraph four of Item 2 of the word "feeder line" to exclude;

b) in Item 7 of the word of "system of mobile personal satellite communication" shall be replaced with words "satellite system";

c) state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The Russian telecom operator using foreign satellite system creates the Russian segment of the specified system as a part of the station of interface to communication network public. All traffic which is created subscriber stations (terminals) in the territory of the Russian Federation including stations of foreign subscribers with which the Russian telecom operator does not sign the service provision agreement of communication and which are in roaming in the Russian territory, shall pass through the station of interface of the Russian telecom operator which is in the territory of the Russian Federation.";

d) in Item 11 of the word of "systems of mobile personal satellite communication" shall be replaced with words "satellite systems".

2. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.
