About modification of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, 7, 15, 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of maintenance of liquidity of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. The paragraph one of Item 1.7 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 03, 2013 for No. 543/23075 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"1.7 The size of loan interest rate of Fund is established at the level of discount rate of National Bank in case of loan granting, including by opening of the credit line / change of conditions of the credit agreement regarding prolongation of term of use of the credit, and during action of the credit agreement is subject to adjustment in case of change of discount rate of National Bank.".
2. To department of the public markets (Sergey Ponomarenko) after official publication to inform Fonda guaranteeing household deposits information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleg Churiya.
