SOLVED:
1. Approve Limiting rates for provision in use of channels of telecommunication of operators of the telecommunications holding the exclusive (dominating) market position of these services (daleepredelny rates) which are applied.
2. Limiting rates become effective from 01.04.2006.
3. To provide to department of economy and finance and Legal management state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
