Creation of energy corridor the East-West and the project of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan as the main export pipeline within this corridor got support in the Ankara, Istanbul and Baku declarations signed between the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Georgia and the Republic of Turkey.
For the purpose of consecutive ensuring interests of our country during development of questions of transportation of the Kazakhstan oil through the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, detailed studying of economic, legal, ecological, technical and other aspects, and also I decide acceptances of other measures:
