About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595
In pursuance of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 "About regulatory legal acts" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, the following changes:
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The Ministry of Energy within competence according to the legislation adopts regulatory legal acts in the form of resolutions, will organize and controls their accomplishment.";
third of Item 10 to state part in the following edition:
"Decisions of board are implemented by adoption of resolutions of the Ministry of Energy and the publication of orders of the Minister.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
