About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 135-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Regulations on foster home approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 1999 No. 1678:
Item 6 part two in paragraph four to replace the word "quarter" with the word "half-year";
add the Provision with Item 25-1 of the following content:
"25-1. Activities of foster home stop based on the decision of guardianship and custody body on the termination of activities of foster home and release (discharge) of adoptive parents from obligations of guardians, custodians, and also cancellation of the agreement on conditions of education and content of children and the employment contract.";
in Item 41 of the word" (without accommodation) in accordance with general practice" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for approval of the procedure of the international adoption and interaction with the competent organizations of foreign states within this procedure approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2004 No. 1173:
